Budgets & SpecificationsOnce we have completed a home design and determined your dream location, we work with you to align on specifications and design layouts. This information is used to create a comprehensive budget and final price based on allowances. This step in the process provides insight into where your money is being allocated and allows you options to make selections that align with your priorities for your new home. We will work closely with you throughout the entire budget process to ensure your priorities are met. |

Design SelectionsWe assist with vendor appointments to help you make your interior and exterior selections. We provide allowances to each vendor and compare your selections and associated costs. We pride ourselves on transparency throughout this process, so you always have a comprehensive understanding how you are tracking to your budget. This knowledge allows you to make educated selection decisions throughout the process. |

Construction Launch and Quality ControlOur experienced team begins the construction process of your new home. We provide scheduling updates to ensure accurate timelines for making selections. In addition, we schedule jobsite walkthroughs with our trade partners to ensure you are intimately involved with the build process. Throughout the construction phase, we also provide quality checks each step of the way, and work closely with our trade partners to ensure the highest quality home for you and your family. |

New Home OrientationThe New Home Orientation is our final step before moving in. This gives us the opportunity to review each aspect of your new home and demonstrate the features associated with your new home. We walk through each room in detail and make sure all fixtures and appliances are functioning properly. This process gives us the ability to ensure there are no concerns before you move into your new home. |

Customer CareYour new home includes a one-year Builder Warranty. This warranty includes all operational items associated with your new home as well as cosmetic items that occur within the first 12 months. At the end of the first year, we will return to address any touch up items in your drywall and trim and as well as additional warranty concerns. |

Owner
Will is native to the NC coast, and he spent his childhood in Morehead City. After graduating High School in Greensboro, he attended college at UNCW where he continued his love for coastal NC. Will began his career after college in a corporate atmosphere, but had a passion and desire for the Home Building Industry. In 2001, Will was given the opportunity to work alongside his uncle in his Custom Home Building Company, which afforded him the opportunity to build the capabilities and skills necessary to establish Reeves Custom Homes in 2008. Will has flourished and loves supporting his clients with the build of their forever home. When he is not working, Will enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and three fur babies. Spending time on the water will forever be a part of his life.

Michael is an Eastern Carolina Native. Home building has been in his family for generations, so he was introduced to the industry at a young age. Michael worked as a child in his family’s cabinetry shop, therefore it was a natural progression to gravitate towards the Custom Home Building industry. Over the years Michael has adapted to the ever-evolving residential building industry, and he has never looked back. When Michael has down time he enjoys boating and fishing in the beautiful Eastern Carolina waters. HIs passion for the outdoors and nature is contagious!

She and her husband can be found traveling in their RV and enjoying everything that living near the beach has to offer!
